These Terms apply to use of kafdy.com and purchases from Shanghai Kafudi Technology Co., Ltd. (“KAFDY”). Please also read our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.

Using the site

You agree to provide accurate account, contact, billing and shipping information. You may not misuse accounts, interfere with checkout or site security, submit fraudulent orders, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or others’ rights.

Products and availability

We aim to describe each product accurately, including its included items and relevant specifications. Screen colors and the appearance of an arranged artificial plant may vary from the photographs. Product availability may change; an item shown in stock is not a guarantee that an order can be fulfilled.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and discounts, if any, are shown before you submit payment. An automated order-receipt email confirms that we received your request; it does not guarantee fulfillment. We review payment, address, stock and order details before submitting an order to fulfillment. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and cancel and refund any amount collected for the unshipped item. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Eligible website orders may be fulfilled by Amazon MCF and delivered by its carrier network. Shipping eligibility, charges and estimated delivery are described in Shipping & Delivery. Cancellation and return requests are handled under Returns & Refunds, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The KAFDY name, photographs, product descriptions, graphics and other site materials are owned by or licensed to KAFDY. Please do not reproduce or use them without permission except as allowed by law.
